The present invention provides an endoscope clip device and a clip such that the connection operation between the clip and an operation wire is easy to perform, and with which surgical procedures can be quickly performed by reducing the frequency of replacement of therapeutic instruments. The endoscope clip device (100) according to the present invention comprises: a clip (110) having a locking part (130) and a plurality of arm parts (120) for grasping biological tissue; and a therapeutic instrument body having a long sheath (10) and an operation wire (20) provided with a lump-shaped tip connection part (50) on the distal end. By pulling the operation wire (20) to the proximal side in the advancing/retreating direction while the tip connection part (50) is accommodated inside an accommodation part (134), the arm parts (120) close and grasp biological tissue. By further pulling the operation wire (20) to the proximal side while the arm parts (120) are closed, the tip connection part (50) deforms a projection part (140) in the outward direction and the accommodation part (134) is opened, so that the tip connection part (50) can be withdrawn from the accommodation part (134). |
