Provided is an organosiloxane derivative composition which can cause the stable gelification of small amounts of oils. The organosiloxane derivative composition according to the present invention comprises a functional group represented by average general formula (1). (Formula (1)) -(CH2)2-A-COO-(Mn+)s(OH-)t (1) (In the formula, A is a straight chain or branched chain alkylene represented by CqH2q, and q is an integer 0-20. M is at least one kind of n-valent metal cation, and n is a number which is at least 2. s is a number 0.1<s≤1.0, t is a number 0.05<t≤1.0, and the relationship nxs-t=1 is satisfied. |
