<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mount a plurality of polished bodies to a carrier of a polishing device. <P>SOLUTION: In a polished body mounting tool 10, a second tool 30 is rotatably superposed on the upper surface of a first tool 20. The first tool 20 includes a first flat surface part 22 and a reinforcing rib 24 bonded to the outer periphery of the first flat surface part 22. The first flat surface part 22 has a plurality of insertion holes 40 allowing glass substrates as the polished bodies to pass through, and the second tool 30 has a plurality of standby holes 50 having the glass substrates stored in second surface flat part 32. The first and second surface flat parts 22, 32 are provided with a center positioning part 60 penetrating through the center thereof. The center positions of both the first and second flat surface parts 22, 32 are positioned to the center of the carrier 110, and the position of the peripheral direction of the insertion holes 40 are positioned to each holding hole of the carrier of the polishing device, and then the second flat surface part 32 is rotated in the circumferential direction so that each standby hole 50 is matched with each insertion hole 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
