PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer capable of suppressing unevenness in density.SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image developer contains a toner including toner particles and an external additive, and a carrier; the toner has an amount of free oil of 0.002 mass% or more and 0.020 mass% or less; and when being measured under conditions of a tip speed of a rotation blade of 100 mm/sec. and an approach angle of the rotation blade of -4° by using a powder rheometer, a total energy of the toner is 120 mJ or more and 230 mJ or less at a ventilation flow rate of 0 ml/min., and 10 mJ or more and 55 mJ or less at a ventilation flow rate of 10 ml/min. |
