PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a copper conductor part and a metal sleeve made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, capable of improving tensile performance without causing the manufacturing cost to be increased, and also to provide a connection method.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a connection structure between a copper conductor part 1 and a metal sleeve 2 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The surface of the copper conductor part 1 is roughened by forming a groove 1a in the circumferential direction. On the inner contact face with the copper conductor part 1 of the metal sleeve 2, a middle alloy layer 4 is provided having a standard electrode potential of a value between the standard electrode potential of copper and the standard electrode potential of aluminum. Potential difference between dissimilar metals is reduced to prevent the occurrence of corrosion due to electric corrosion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
