PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge type container which allows a user to unfailingly use a takeout tool.SOLUTION: A hinge type container 1 comprises: a container body 2 having a flange part 13 surrounding an opening 10a; a lid body 3 having a revolving cover 30 for opening and closing the opening 10a and attached to the container body 2; and a takeout tool 4 for taking out a content 5 housed in the container body 2. The container body 2 includes a container engagement part 15 for engaging with the takeout tool 4, and the revolving cover 30 includes a lid engagement part 35 for engaging with the takeout tool 4. The takeout tool 4 is engaged with the container engagement part 15 and the lid engagement part 35 to cause the revolving cover 30 to engage with the container body 2 in a closed state C1 where the opening 10a is closed by the revolving cover 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
