PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing spacer, which enables a board to be easily fixed to a brace by a small number of components and a shield factor to be easily adjusted, hardly causes backlash of the board, and can withstand long-term use, and a windbreak fence using the spacer.SOLUTION: A fixing spacer fixes laterally long rectangular board 1 in a groove 2c of an H-steel brace 2, and comprises at least: an inner face 14; a support part 18, which is horizontally disposed at a central height position of the inner face 14; a pair of fixing members 11, which have slant faces 19 formed between the inner face 14 and a top face 16 and between the inner face 14 and an undersurface 17, respectively, and are formed into a bilateral symmetry. A holding caving, which holds and fixes a fixed part 1a as a corner part of the board 1, is formed in a space formed by including both inner faces 14 and both support parts 18 of the pair of fixing members 11 in a closed state where the inner faces 14 of the pair of fixing members 11 face to each other and the supporting parts 18 contact to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
