PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connecting structure of a concrete filling type steel-pipe column and a flat slab, in which cost can be reduced by solving the limitation of floor height and making fire resistive covering and a foundation for interior finishing unnecessary by using a reinforced concrete-constructed flat slab building construction in place of a girder, which must have a diaphragm. SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs 12 are installed to the outer circumference of the head section of the concrete filling type steel-pipe column 10, in which the inside of a square-shaped steel pipe is filled with concrete 14, by welding. The ribs 12 are made of steel, extended in the horizontal direction and projected and formed continuously extending over the whole circumferences of the four side faces of the concrete filling type steel-pipe column 10, and mounted vertically at intervals. The flat slab 2 is joined with the sections of the ribs 12 of the concrete filling type steel-pipe column 10 in a thick section 26 thickened downwards.
