PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a drain mechanism for dew condensation water by utilizing existing members by collecting dew condensation water in a drain receiving portion below an evaporator of a cooling device and draining it through an overflow pipe of a washing tank. SOLUTION: A cooling device 3 consisting of a condenser 3, compressor 4 and evaporator 5 is built together with a washing tank 2 inside a tank cover 1b erected at the rear of a water closet 1, and cool air is discharged from a diffuser 7 through the evaporator 5. A drain receiving portion 8 is provided below the vicinity of this evaporator 5 for collecting dew condensation water, it is connected with a water supply route 9 such as a hose to an existing overflow pipe 10 inside the washing tank 2 and the dew condensation water is drained to the main body side 1a of the water closet. Also, the drain receiving portion 8 may be constituted with an existing member in one united body and the dew condensation water may be stored in a discharge water tank and be supplied to a washing nozzle by a pump. In this way, by utilizing the existing member, a water drain mechanism of the dew condensation water generated in the cooling device can be constituted.
