APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING AND INSERTING SPECIFIC CHANNEL DATA OF E1 AND T1 IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for extracting specific channel data of E1/T1 in a communication system is provided to extract the specific channel data as parallel/serial first-in-first-out(FIFO) sizes when count result channels of a bit/channel counter reach channels recorded in an extracting/inserting multi register, so as to continuously extract the specific channel data every frame without CPU load. CONSTITUTION: An extracting first-in-first-out(FIFO)(10) stores inputted serial data of E1/T1 and outputs the serial data as parallel data. An extracting base channel register(11) presents a channel corresponding to first data stored in the FIFO(10). An extracting multi register(12) records a specific channel for being extracted. An extracting valid register(13) presents data extractions of multi channels. If counted bits/channels reach the specific channel recorded in the extracting multi register(12), an extracting comparator/clock generator(14) generates a serial clock to extract data of a specific channel stored in the FIFO(10). An extracting bit counter(15) counts bits. An extracting channel counter(16) recounts counted results of the extracting bit counter(15), and counts channels.
