<p>The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-human Kruppel-related DNA-binding protein 10, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further dicloses a method of the polypeptide treating various disorders, e.g., various tumors, nervous system disorders, developmental disorders, hematopathy, various genetic diseases, endocrine system disorders, immunological system diseases etc.. The present invention also discloses an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic action. The present invention further discloses the use of the polynucleotide encoding the new human Kruppel-related DNA-binding protein 10.</p> |
