DIET FOOD AND PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION FOR DIET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diet food solving such problems that chitosan and an organic acid are not favorable to be added to general foods because the chitosan is dissolved to cause harsh taste peculiar to the chitosan when taken together with the organic acid, and intake of the chitosan and carnitine does not have satisfactory effect on diet for human beings because exercise is indispensable to the diet, nevertheless advantageously having an effect on a fat rat to reduce its weight.

SOLUTION: The diet food and a pharmaceutical preparation for diet each comprises chitosan, a physiologically permissible salt, and a conjugate fatty acid.
