PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage add information and an original electronic document correlatively to a user ID.

SOLUTION: This document management method has: a user identification information acquisition stage for acquiring user identification information for identifying a user; a document data identification information acquisition stage for acquiring document data identification information for identifying document data on a corresponding conference by a conference management means managing information about the conference; and a management stage for managing the add information added to a paper document related to the conference, the user identification information, and the document data on the conference with them associated to each other.
