FIELD: construction, particularly for erecting building structures in soft ground located on underlying stable one. ^ SUBSTANCE: pile foundation includes a plurality of piles. Each pile consists of a pair of members having lower ends tapered from one side and connected with each other by hinge. The hinge is arranged in medium member parts. The members have square cross-sections in lower parts and rectangular ones in upper pile parts. Cut is made in upper part of each member. Members also have reinforcement projections to connect thereof with foundation mat. Method of foundation erection involves driving each next pile with the taking into consideration necessity of mutual perpendicularity of opening planes of driven pile members. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
