FIELD: sanitary science, cosmetology, skin care. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed formulation contains water, mineral salts and dissolved in water oxygen, additionally it contains at least one irreplaceable proteinogenic amino acid with isoelectric point at pH 3.0-6.0 and has hardness not more than 0.5 mg-eqv/dm3.
