<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of an organic electrolyte secondary battery excellent in a charging/discharging cycle property by reducing difference of density between lithium and a metal alloy capable of storing/releasing lithium, by raising alloying reaction speed of lithium, at a peripheral part of the metal alloy capable of storing/releasing lithium, and a central part to nearly a constant value. <P>SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of an organic electrolyte secondary battery having a cathode and an anode made of a lithium alloy facing each other through a separator, sealed by a cathode can and an anode can, a concave part continuously composed of at least two steps is formed from a neighboring area of central part of a surface of metal capable of storing and releasing lithium ion to a part not facing lithium metal, at a process making the surface of the metal capable of storing and releasing lithium ion face and be crimped to the lithium metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
