PURPOSE: A foot massager having elasticity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary production loss and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a foot massager having elasticity comprises next steps: forming an outside structure layer(101) corresponding with a shape of the foot massager(100); forming a parting compound layer on the other side of the mold in order to be easily exfoliated from the mold; forming a colored coating layer(102) on a release agent layer in order to offer a surface acoustic; and forming successively semi-rigid foam layers on a gap between a side where the colored mold is formed and the other mold. The semi-rigid foam layer includes a first none-foaming film layer(103a), a soft foam layer(103b), and a second none-foaming film layer(103c). |
