A water-cooled grill is provided to improve the taste of the meat by forming the vapor discharging holes at the upper part of the water tanks for supplying the vapor to the meat roasted on a grill pipe. A water-cooled grill comprises two water tanks(20, 20'), a plurality of grill pipes(22), a recessed part(28), and a plurality of vapor discharging holes. The two water tanks are installed on the stone supporters of a gas combustor including the gas burners at the side wall. The grill pipes are connected at the lower part of the water tanks to circulate the water. The recessed part is formed on the upper part of the water tanks to be inserted in a stone plate. The vapor discharging holes are formed toward the opposite part at the inner wall opposed to the water tanks. |
