摘要 An EL(ElectroLuminescence) device, a method for manufacturing the same, and an EL apparatus are provided to prevent the diffusion of moisture from an organic planarization layer to an organic light emitting functional layer. An EL device includes a switching device, an organic planarization layer(25), a reflecting layer(16), a protecting layer(14), a first electrode layer(11), an organic light emitting functional layer(13), and a light emitting area(110). The organic planarization layer(25) planarizes unevenness formed by the switching device. The reflecting layer(16) is positioned on a top layer of the organic flatting layer(25). The protecting layer(14) covers a surface side of the reflecting layer(16). The first electrode layer(11) with transparency is electrically connected to the switching device on a top layer of the protecting layer(14). The organic light emitting functional layer(13) is arranged on a top layer of the first electrode layer(11). A plurality of pixels are arranged on the light emitting area(110) and have a second electrode layer(12) arranged on a top layer of the organic light emitting functional layer(13).
