PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine with a pattern display device capable of providing new interest in the process to winning establishment and providing new expectation for the winning establishment. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is provided with: a moving image display switching means for switching and displaying moving images on the display screen of the pattern display device; a moving image switching form determining means for determining whether or not the switching state of the moving images matches with a predetermined switching state; and a special game state setting means for setting a special game state of imparting a special profit to a player when the result of determination made by the moving image switching form determining means shows the predetermined winning switching form.
