PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for retaining inkjet ink capable of preventing defective printing caused by clogging of a filter due to a compound derived from an antioxidant, at least a part of a member of the container being made of a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: There is disclosed the container for retaining inkjet ink to be used in an inkjet recorder. At least a part of the member forming the ink container is made of a polyolefin resin. The polyolefin resin includes at least an antioxidant having a hindered phenol skeleton and a phosphorus antioxidant having a hydrophobic property higher than that of bis (2,6-di-t-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite (referred to as P-6), but does not include a phosphorus antioxidant having a hydrophobic property equal to or lower than the P-6.
