PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake noise emphasizing device which generates powerful intake noise and improves a flexibility in layout. SOLUTION: The intake noise emphasizing device is provided with: a communication pipe attached on an outer circumference surface of an intake duct forming an intake passage to an engine and communicating to the intake duct; and an elastic film member 16 closing the communication pipe and elastically deforming according to change of intake vacuum generated on gas in the intake duck and vibrating in a surface outward direction during intake process of the engine. The elastic film member 16 has a construction including three elastic film construction parts 30a to 30c divided by a groove 32 provided on a surface in the suction duct side of the elastic film member 16, each elastic film construction part 30a to 30c is formed in a shape an area of which is different from each other in a view from a thickness direction of the elastic film member 16 to make different resonance frequency of vibration in the surface outward direction of the elastic film member 16 of each elastic film construction part.
