PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a system administrator to speedily refer to a log file of a physical server where a virtual server operated in the past. SOLUTION: A virtual server moving means 14 of a management server 1 stores a movement history storage section 16 with a movement history including movement time, a virtual server identifier, and physical server identifiers of the movement source and movement destination through a movement history managing means 15. When an event of trouble of the virtual server 23 occurs, an event message generating means 17 refers to the movement history in the movement history storage section 16, and generates an event message wherein the virtual server 23 in trouble is linked to log files 24 of a physical server 2 currently operating and a physical server 2 having been operated in the past. The event message is displayed on the screen of a management terminal 3 and a user clicks on the link in the message, so that the log files 24 are displayed on the terminal screen.
