PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete placing device and method for placing mortar and concrete or two kinds of concrete separately, simply, and economically to construct a concrete structure having no defect in its construction. SOLUTION: This concrete placing method comprises a first process for placing mortar or rich-mix concrete in a form 1 after letting concrete pass through from a first supply pipe 3 to a sieve 4 and a second process for removing the first supply pipe 3 from the sieve 4 and placing concrete directly in the form 1.
