In the formula, X 1 represents a fluorine atom or a methoxy group; X 2 represents a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, an iodine atom, a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group or the like; Z represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; and A represents an A 1 -CR 11 R 12 R 13 group or A 2 -Cy group, wherein A 1 and A 2 each represents a single bond or the like, R 11 and R 12 independently represent a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group, R 13 represents H, a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group or the like, and Cy represents a C 3 -C 6 cycloalkyl group or the like.</p> |
