Provided is a frequency selection electromagnetic device, comprising: at least one nanowire including a first end and a second end facing the first end; at least one 2D contact adjacent to the first contact or the second contact and conducting thermal/electric transmission or performing heat transmission and ensuing electric transmission with the at least one nanowire; and at least one nano-scale thermoelectric coupling unit having a nano-sized diameter and arranged between the at least one 2D contact and the at least one nanowire. According to the present invention, a frequency of an entire system is calibrated. |
