PURPOSE: A moisture elimination device for a head lamp is provided to increase marketability and safety by eliminating moisture generated in the head lamp use process and to secure the mileage of an operator when driving at the night time. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric element(100) is installed at the lower end of housing(10) of a head lamp mounted on a vehicle. The thermoelectric element eliminates moisture created in the inside the housing. The thermoelectric element is composed of a heating part and a cooling part. The heating part is located outside the housing. The cooling part is located inside the housing. A peltier chip is installed between the cooling part and the heating part of the thermoelectric element. Relative humidity of the inner side of the housing is reduced by drying moisture in the air of the inner side of the housing. An exhaust path interconnects the heating part and a cooling fan. The exhaust path discharges steam condensate collected in the housing.
