PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of roll marks due to the contact of a support roll.SOLUTION: In a support roll arrangement example 1, a ceramic support roll 40A is provided on the inflow side of a glass ribbon G, and a metal support roll 40 is provided on the downstream side in the flow direction of the glass ribbon G. Ceramic support rolls 40A-1 and 40A-2 arranged downstream from support rolls 40-1 and 40-2 are arranged so that roll marks 100 and 110 of ceramic rotating members 50A-1 and 50A-2 are overlapped with roll marks 102 and 112 of the support rolls 40-1 and 40-2 arranged on the upstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
