PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a core used for a choke coil easily and economically under high productivity, a noise attenuation function of which does not deteriorate and one of which is enough to cover a prescribed frequency band in a wide temperature range from a low temperature of -20°C including room temperature to a high temperature of 120°C to 150°C.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a MnZn ferrite core, which acquires an integrated structure by piling a plurality of divided cores which are divided parallel to a magnetic path. As a material of the divided cores, molded bodies comprising MnZn ferrite having material qualities of different magnetic characteristics are prepared, and the prepared molded bodies are piled without inserting a releasing agent between the piled bodies and calcined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
