PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection optical apparatus which can perform position adjustment of dioptric lenses while the dioptric system and a catoptric system are arranged.SOLUTION: A projection optical device 5 includes a first optical system 6 having a first lens L11 located in a position closest to a catoptric system-side amongst a plurality of lens groups, and a first lens frame 61 having an accommodation section 614 for accommodating the first lens L11. The fist lens L11 has a lens cut-out section on a side where reflection light passes, and the accommodation section 614 has a wall section 617a located on an outer side of the lens cut-out section and a first opening that exposes a side face of the first lens L11 on a side opposite to the lens cut-out section. The wall section 617a is provided with an open section 6141 that exposes the lens cut-out section. A guide barrel 65 is formed so as to expose the first opening and the open section 6141. A projection optical device housing 51 has a second opening for exposing the first opening and is configured to enable exposure of the open section 6141.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
