PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp fitting of which weight can be made remarkably small as compared with that of the prior art clamp fitting, that can be commonly used for different kinds of pipes with different outer diameters or sectional shapes and that are not overlapped at the time of transportation or storage.SOLUTION: A clamp fitting 1 comprises a clamp base 3 and a fastening member 4 for cooperatively holding and fixing the peripheral surface of a pipe P. One end of the fastening member 4 is removably connected to the clamp base 3 through a connecting structure 5 and the other end can be fastened to the clamp base 3 through a fastening structure 6. The clamp base 3 comprises a pipe receiving surface 14 for supporting the peripheral surface of the pipe P in a surface contacted state or line contacted state. The fastening member 4 comprises a holding belt 19 for holding the peripheral surface of the pipe P in the peripheral direction in cooperation with the pipe receiving surface 14.
