METHOD FOR CORROSION RESISTANCE COATING OF STEEL TUBE

PURPOSE: A coating method of steel pipe for increasing corrosion resistance is provided to improve intensity of the steel pipe and smoothness of the surface by coating water soluble polymer resinous solution on the steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: A coating method of steel pipe for increasing corrosion resistance comprises the next steps: removing foreign materials on the steel pipe by washing; drying the steel pipe; coating water soluble polymer resinous solution which includes thermosetting resins and thermoplastic resin on surface of the steel pipe; naturally desiccating the steel pipe which is coated with the water soluble polymer resinous solution for 1 second to 1 minute; primary desiccating the steel pipe which is coated with the water soluble polymer resinous solution in a furnace; secondary drying the steel pipe which is coated with the water soluble polymer resinous solution in the furnace; and cooling the steel pipe down to a room temperature.
