PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid device installation and replacement method capable of updating an existing fluid device to a fluid implement, closing a through-pass hole under a state in which the fluid implement is being externally installed at a fluid pipe and positively preventing leakage of fluid for a long period of time and performing work for welding the fluid implement to the fluid pipe in positive, convenient, fast and safe manner.SOLUTION: A flow passage closing device provided with expansion closing means for closing a flow passage under expansion of rubber is connected to a gate valve connected to a fluid pipe, and a cooling device for cooling the fluid pipe is externally installed at a flow passage closing part or the like. The flow passage closing part is closed and either a part of or all the existing fluid devices communicated with a through-pass hole formed at an upstream side location of the gate valve and provided with a device main body of a divided structure externally installed and fixed by an elastic seal member under a sealed state are removed. The fluid pipe is cooled with the cooling device and the fluid implement is welded to the fluid pipe under a state in which the through-pass hole is closed and externally installed and fixed. Then, the flow passage closing device and the cooling device are removed. |
