PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller for a vehicle capable of adjusting variation amount of duty ratio output such that neither flickering of a lamp nor exceeding of upper limit of effective voltage, or the like occurs.SOLUTION: A power supply controller for a vehicle includes calculation process means 4 which applies a voltage value of onboard power source 1, B with a calculation process containing time constant in a predetermined calculation cycle, for outputting a voltage value in which fluctuation speed of a voltage value is reduced, and, based on the outputted voltage value, performs PWM control with a voltage of the onboard power source 1, B to a predetermined voltage value, with a voltage which has been PWM-controlled applied to a load. The power supply controller for a vehicle further includes: means 8a, 8b, 8c for detecting variation amount per a predetermined time of duty ratio of PWM control; means 9a, 9b, 9c for determining whether or not the detected variation amount is within a predetermined range; and time constant change means 9a, 9b, 9c for changing time constant of the calculation process means 4 such that the variation amount of the duty ratio is within the predetermined ratio. |
