PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet shaped heater and a seat with a lap robe having the sheet shaped heater in which heat can be generated only on a drown part of a sheet for warming up with no waste in a lap robe type heating apparatus in which a sheet having a heat generator can be drown in a required length from a housing.SOLUTION: A sheet shaped heater 2 and a seat with a lap robe 1 having the sheet shaped heater 2 include: a long sheet 4; a housing 3 configured to wind up the sheet from a base side 47, a front end side 48 of the sheet to be drawn from the housing for use; a heat generator 42 disposed on the sheet, the heat generator having a wiring pattern in which a first half wiring extending from the base side to the front end side and a second half wiring extending in an opposite direction from the first half wiring are connected at the front end side; and a plurality of pairs of passive terminals disposed on the sheet at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the sheet, in which two of the passive terminals 431, 441, for example, each connected to the first half wiring and the second half wiring of the heat generator on the sheet are in a pair; and a pair of feeding terminals 33, 34 located in a vicinity of an opening of the housing and electrically connected to one of the pairs of the passive terminals. |
