A hot water supply method according to one embodiment of the present invention uses a hot water supply device comprising: a first heater disposed at a water inlet part; a second heater disposed at a water outlet part; and a flowrate adjusting valve for adjusting the flowrate of water discharged to the water outlet part, and comprises the steps of: measuring the temperature of water flowing into the water inlet part; turning on the first heater and the second heater if a target temperature is a standard temperature or higher; adjusting the opening and closing degree of the flowrate adjusting valve on the basis of a difference between the target temperature and the temperature of the water flowing into the water inlet part; measuring the temperature of the water discharged to the water outlet part; and readjusting the opening and closing degree of the flowrate adjusting valve on the basis of the difference between the target temperature and the temperature of the water discharged to the water outlet part.
