PURPOSE: Functionalized training shoes are provided to reduce the fatigue of a user by dispersing the weight of the user to the entire sols of the shoes using dispersing wings. CONSTITUTION: Functionalized training shoes include uppers(110), middle layers(120), inner soles, and soles(130). The uppers surround the feet of a user. The middle layers are attached to the soles. The inner soles are inserted into the uppers and are positioned at the upper side of the middle layers. The soles are arranged at the lower part of the middle layers. Guiding grooves are formed at the bottom of the soles. Weights are movably installed along the guiding grooves and adjust center of gravity. Dispersing wings are formed at both sides of the weight and are in contact with the bottoms of the soles.
