PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel liver fat accumulation inhibitor.SOLUTION: The present invention provides liver fat production enzyme inhibitors comprising protein derived from Vigna radiata seeds as an active ingredient, particularly hepatic stearoyl-CoA desaturation enzyme 1 (Scd-1) inhibitors.
