PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable air-conditioning control to be performed in compliance with a desire of an inhabitant without placing a burden thereon.SOLUTION: A desire reception monitoring section 106 monitors an unreceived state in which a desire reception section 105 does not receive a desire while a human determination section 103 is in a process of determining an inhabitant in an object space 121. When a monitoring result shows that the desire reception section does not receive the desire in a predetermined time frame, a user desire management section 107 estimates that a current control state of an air-conditioning facility which performs air-conditioning of the object space 121 meets an air-conditioning control condition in compliance with the desire of a user. Then, an air-conditioning facility control section 108 controls the air-conditioning facility 151 in accordance with the air-conditioning control condition estimated by the user desire management section 107.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
