<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording method hardly affected by overwriting frequency and capable of setting an optimum recording power. <P>SOLUTION: In a predetermined test area of an optical disk, test data is recorded with a plurality of recording power and in direct overwriting. The test data is reproduced to measure a modulation degree, and a relational expression of recording power and a modulation degree is calculated. A plurality of relational expressions are acquired by executing calculation processes of that relational expression in the same test area a plurality of times. A recording power corresponding to an intersection among graphs according to the each relational expressions is determined, and based on that recording power, a recording power at the time of the recording is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
