PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a knitted fabric of filament staple conjugate spun yarn hardly wrinkling, slightly shrinking by washing, having a high-grade feeling of peach skin tone and excellent refreshing feeling, useful for clothing, or the like, by stirring and rubbing a specific knitted fabric in a wet state so as to form fibrils on the surface of the knitted fabric. SOLUTION: A knitted fabric of filament staple conjugate spun yarn in which a polyester-based filament (a) containing ceramic fine particles such as an alkaline earth metal titanate, or the like, having heat ray reflecting characteristics is arranged at a relatively core side of a sheath-core structural yarn and a cellulose-based staple (b) of solvent spinning having <=3d single fiber denier and <=64 mm average fiber length is arranged at a relatively sheath side and which has a mixing weight ratio of (a)/(b) of 0.7<a/b<3.0 and a substantial twist is knitted. The obtained knitted fabric is stirred and rubbed in a wet state and fibrils are formed on the surface of the knitted fabric to give the objective knitted fabric of filament staple spun yarn.
