PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid dripping at the time of pouring a content out of a bag and reuse a mouth neck member to be fitted on a bag opening section. SOLUTION: A tapered cylinder 3 is inserted into openings formed on the corners of the upper edge and side edges of a bag, and an elastic piece 4 is bent downward and left and right half-split cylinders 5 are fitted on the outer face of the tapered cylinder 3, and the upper edge section and the side edge sections of the bag continued to the openings are clamped by left and right clamping plates 6. Both side walls 10 of respective setting sections are set from above on the outer faces of both left and right clamping plates 6 and an engaging protruded section 12 is engaged with the lower faces of the clamping plates 6.
