PURPOSE: A fiber laser apparatus is provided to generate an output signal having an optimal property by detecting a signal having a specific wave which is not used in an output spectrum. CONSTITUTION: A fiber laser apparatus includes a fiber couple laser diode(501) in which a drive pulse is used for an input terminal. The fiber laser apparatus includes first and second isolators(502,505). The fiber laser apparatus is composed of an optical fiber(515) and first and second pump laser diodes(507,508). A quarter tap(506) divides the size of an output signal in a second isolator into the rate of 99:1. A 3dB distributor(514) distributes a branched output signal into the size of 1/2. A bandpass filter(513) filters a wavelength band of a specific narrow-band divided from the signal distributed fro the distributor. First and second optical detectors(511,512) respectively detect a divided signal from the distributor and a filtered signal from the bandpass filter. A controller(510) generates a control signal for controlling a driving current of a pump laser diode driving part(509). |
