PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ink jet recording having excellent fixability of a formed image and wear resistance while maintaining discharging stability and heating heat insulation stability of an ink and an ink jet recording material set. SOLUTION: The method for ink jet recording comprises the steps of liquefying an ink solid at the ambient temperature and an adhesive imparting agent solid at the ambient temperature by heating, ejecting the ink and the agent to form an image on a recording medium. The method further comprises the step of forming the image sequentially made of the medium, the imparting agent and the ink in this order. |
