<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rotating tool for chip removal machining having at least one external chip groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the rotating tool. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the rotating tool comprises a step for preparing the mixture of a cemented carbide, a thermet or a ceramic powder, and a carrier such as a polymer and a step for installing the mixture in an extruder. The mixture is extruded through a die 3 to form the diameter of the mixture.
