PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping die having a metallic restoring member, which is capable of reliably clamping stacked sheet materials and can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: The die includes an anvil 10 and a plurality of shaping elements 16 displaceably disposed on the anvil 10.
