PURPOSE: An emotional service providing system and emotional service providing method using the same are provided to offer emotional services to plural users by extracting user information. CONSTITUTION: A user identification unit(100) stores user information. A user recognition unit(200) recognizes the user identification unit and extracts the user information stored in the user identification unit. An emotional service information providing server(400) separates a service mode into plural user designated spaces and one user designated space. The emotional service information providing server determines a service provider who provides emotional services by using the extracted user information.
