<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the temperature of an entire fuel cell stack, and to provide a fuel cell with adhesiveness between laminated elements and gas-sealability of an inner manifold. <P>SOLUTION: Power generating cells 1 and separators 2 each having a fuel gas flow channel 2a and an oxidant flow channel 2b are alternately laminated into a plurality of stages, and an inner reformer 3 having a reforming catalyst 3a is interposed between the separators in the middle stage taken in the direction of lamination, in place of a power generating cell. A fuel gas manifold 5a and an oxidant gas manifold 5b provided on the periphery of the separators and an unreformed gas manifold 5c provided on the periphery of the inner reformer are formed at different positions along the circumferential direction to penetrate in the direction of lamination. Furthermore, connecting portions 22, 33 between the fuel gas flow channel and the fuel gas manifold, between the oxidant flow channel and the oxidant gas manifold, and between a supply section of the inner reformer and the unreformed gas manifold are provided with such flexibility as to be displaceable in the direction of lamination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
