<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a card allowing a slide member to release the card from retention in ejecting the card without separately installing a mechanism for releasing engagement with the card, simple in structure and low in cost, miniaturizable and allowing the card to be easily removed. <P>SOLUTION: The slide member 14 is equipped with: a card pressing part 14c contacting the card to transmit pressing force; a card lock part 14d engaging with a recessed part of the card; an urging force reception part 14f on which urging force of an urging member 15 acts; and a stopper contacting part 14h contacting a stopper part 11h of a housing 11 to stop movement in a direction opposite to an insertion direction. The card pressing part 14c, the card lock part 14d, the urging force reception part 14f and the stopper contacting part 14h are formed integrally with the slide member 14, and the urging force reception part 14f and the stopper contacting part 14h are offset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
