<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap which gives a user a soft feeling when the user touches the hinge, and allows a lid to be surely opened at a touch. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge cap is equipped with: a cap body 1 which has a spout 1c for a content on a top face wall part 1b and is mounted so as to be attachable and detachable on the mouth part of a container; and the lid 2 which is connected openably and closeably to the cap body 1 via a hinge h, and is mated with the top face wall part 1b of the cap body 1 to close the spout 1c.
